Role of the Impact Delivery (ID) Team

The ID team supports the contracting process by ensuring MEL expectations are clearly articulated in program agreements and Partners are onboarded effectively. This includes MEL onboarding workshops, clarification of expectations, and early identification of gaps requiring accompaniment.

Support Provided

  • MEL onboarding workshops and conversations clarifying expectations, alignment of Partner MEL systems with Foundation data pathways, and early identification of gaps that require accompaniment
  • Ensuring Partners have a clear understanding of the Foundation's approach to Impact and requirements on Measurement, MEL, and Reporting
  • Ensuring Partners understand the legal requirements regarding data quality standards, consent and data protection obligations
  • Support for Partner MEL system setup and data infrastructure preparation

At the contracting and onboarding stage, the Impact Delivery team helps lock in clear MEL expectations contractually and ensures Partners understand what “good MEL” looks like in practice, and sets up systems before implementation begins. This includes:
