Role of the Impact Delivery (ID) Team

The ID team provides end-to-end MEL support during implementation to enable ongoing learning and adaptation, ensure data quality, strengthen Partner MEL capacity, and meet accountability requirements. This includes Partner MEL support, data quality reviews, field visits, and support for reporting and reviews.

Support Provided

  • Supporting end-to-end Partner impact/MEL support and strengthening, including guiding Partner self-assessment and co-creation of Partner Impact/MEL Strengthening Action Plans
  • Conducting Data Quality Reviews & Reflections — ongoing technical support on data collection, analysis, and use, including field visits and triangulation to strengthen confidence in data
  • Establishing and supporting Partner MEL Communities of Practice (CoPs) to strengthen data quality and learning
  • Support to Partners MEL assessments (including baseline studies, tracer studies, partner led evaluations/reviews)
  • Guiding partners through the standardised review and approval workflow for impact numbers
  • Organising Field Monitoring Visits — structured visits to observe implementation, verify data, and engage with stakeholders on the ground
  • Leading Foundation-led Reviews & Evaluations and supporting Partner-led Reviews and Evaluations
